Description: Assists new and existing homeowners in protecting their investment by learning about basic home repairs, maintenance, life-cycle costs and routine inspections necessary to successfully keep a home for long term.

Curriculum/program overview: The Home Maintenance and Repair program is a stand-alone program and also a module that is often used in conjunction with the HOME or HomeWorks programs. The program is designed to help new and existing homeowners protect their investment by learning about basic home repairs, financial management, maintenance, life-cycle costs and routine inspections necessary to successfully keep a home for long term.
