Curriculum/program overview: Adults in the United States are living longer and often healthier lives. It is important to maintain that health through a holistic approach. University of Missouri Extension offers a Successful Aging program that incorporates many life spheres for older adults to obtain a good state of health. Those life spheres of health include: retirement, memory, creativity, emotional intelligence, sexuality/intimacy, activity/leisure/volunteerism, nutrition/exercise, spirituality and relationships.
