Vegetable Gardening for Beginners

11a.m.-12:30 p.m., Saturday May 10 at the Midtown Carnegie Library. Learn about “Preparing Soil,” “Purchasing Plants and Seeds,” “Harvesting” and “Container Gardening.” Call 576-0473 or 862-4399 to register for this program hosted by the Master Gardeners of Greene County and taught by Shelley Vaugine and Gina Marie Walden.


Young Sprouts in the Garden

A children's gardening event Saturday May 31 at Nathanael Greene 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.


Garden Symposium

This annual event provides education on a variety of topics, from vegetables to bugs for a cost of only $10. The event will be held Saturday June 7 at Nathanael Greene Park from 8:30-noon
 

Fall into Gardening

This 2nd year public event is planned for Saturday August 9 at St Johns Cancer Center from 8:00-4:00
