Product Safety Recalls
Is the car seat your little one uses safe? What about that toy for junior? Hundreds of products, big and small, are recalled every year by their manufacturers when defects and safety risks are discovered. You can search to see whether a product you own has been recalled at the Consumer Reports web site. They provide a listing of recalls so potentially hazardous products may be removed from homes and from the marketplace.

for a listing of recalls on products such as cars, appliances, clothing,
electronics, and food. Since 1936, Consumer Reports’ mission has been to
test, inform, and protect. Visit them online at www.consumerreports.org.
You may also need to check with individual manufacturers or retailers
about repair or replacement terms.
