Show-Me Quality Assurance Certification for Youth. A new requirement for exhibitors at fairs throughout Franklin County beginning in 2008 is they must have a valid Show-Me Quality Assurance in order to be a member in good standing and to show their animals, both market and breeding. Upcoming event for 2011.
