Missouri Show Me Quality Assurance

4-H is a community of young people across America who are learning leadership, citizenship and life skills.

4-H is the educational program of University of Missouri Extension involving youth and adults. It is a family-community effort supplementing and complementing the mission of the home, church and school for development of youth. In addition to the club model, school enrichment, and special interest projects are offered.

4-H is for ALL youth in both rural and urban settings.

4-H is one of the largest youth organizations in the United States.

As part of the University of Missouri and Lincoln University, 4-H is based on research to help children and teens become competent, caring, contributing, and capable adults.

Franklin County currently has the largest 4-H enrollment numbers in the state with over 730 members and over 330 volunteers, in 22 clubs.
