Core Educator Competencies

Guide for how much, what training to provide locally:
Two training days a month, with travel time, totaling about 6 hours in training. It is suggested that half of training time be subject matter which may include nutrition content, curriculum, 4-H or HES content related to FNEP or an invited community representative addressing community resources or content. Half of training time to be process - management - fiscal such as scheduling, match, forms or other non-nutrition content. These two training days a month are in addition to quarterly ITVs provided by campus, special training events and yearly statewide conferences.
