1. Evaluation
   Evaluation is integrated into the curricula with outcomes that are of value to the learners, funders, and FNEP staff. Evaluation will involve a process that measures learned skills, knowledge, and behavior change. For each program year, specific evaluation methods and tools are developed by the evaluation working group in close conjunction with the curriculum working group. Instructions and tools are distributed for statewide use.

   EFNEP will be evaluated using the EFNEP Evaluation Reporting System (ERS) as required. Participant enrollment forms with food recalls and food behavior checklists will be utilized to assess learner outcomes.
