When requesting 4-H materials for use in schools, FNEP personnel will follow 4-H guidelines for ordering materials based on their policy for school enrichment programs, which is as follows:

4-H does not provide materials for every student. They will provide each classroom teacher a copy of the leader's guide and 3 copies of the member/student guide. The teachers (and in our case the NEAs also) are then free to reproduce copies for the students.
