What Extension Staff Had To Say... Thanks for putting this together. It was nice to see it all in one place and to spell out the differences and similarities. This was concise….and I did it when I had time, not having to drive to Columbia, when someone ELSE had set the time. Thank you for convenient knowledge! State Specialist - Thanks for your great work on the self-study. I'd like extension administrators to go through it - certainly eye opening to have all the info about reaching low income audiences in one spot. Well done! 4-H Youth Specialist - I have completed Module 3 and got 10 of 10 correct. This was very interesting and helps me get more familiar with programs that we offer in Missouri. I am new to 4-H Youth work, and though I have been in Extension for 15 years, this helps familiarize me with these programs. Nutrition Program Assistant - Just a note to let you know I completed module 2 with a perfect score. I especially appreciated learning about the "Carry-on Suitcase" project and the "Mail Kits" as I had heard a little through 4-H channels but had no background on the programs. They are quite impressive! …..I enjoyed the experience tremendously! I was impressed (and proud) that HES had such an active role in defining and meeting the needs of so many Missouri citizens! Human Development Specialist - I thought the whole experience was good... I have even gotten a request for more information so I referred them to the website where the materials are listed. Thanks again!! Regional Director - I did browse the course and hope to spend some time in it. Good job on the design. Community Development Specialist - This was a very informative ISE and I enjoyed learning about the CYFAR programs. Thank you for making this open to all of us. Human Development Specialist - I just finished all three modules with 100% correct in each module! I'm proud to say I knew all but three answers before reading everything thoroughly. It made me feel good to know I pretty much understand CYFAR and its' programs, yet can always learn more details by more thorough reading. Thanks for putting your efforts into this! Consumer and Family Economics Specialist - Thank you for this opportunity. It was very informative and a good way to work at leisure from home and at the same time learn more about CYFAR. Consumer and Family Economics Specialist - This is an excellent way to get faculty to learn about all the programs available. I learned several things about programs that I didn't know. Nutrition Program Assistant - just finished my first module of CYFAR self study. This is so far very informative, and I believe it will help me to serve my community more effectively. AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer - Good information! Thanks for allowing me to participate. Extension Assistant - I have completed Modules 2 & 3 as well with 9 correct answers on Module 2 and 10 correct answers on Module 3. What a wealth of services out there!!! AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer - I have finished the CYFAR modules two and three. Thank you so much for the opportunity. I really do feel like I have a better grasp on resources in working with MO at-risk youth and families. |
