CYFAR New Communities
Projects (NCP) Evaluation Reports
Through the Children, Youth and Families at
Risk (CYFAR) Program, the US Department of Agriculture supports
state Extension programs to develop community based programs for at risk
children, youth and their families. In 2000, the University of Missouri
Extension, in
collaboration with Lincoln University, received a five year grant to develop New Communities Projects (NCP).
