A client's literacy is not relevant to the services we provide; we don't include literacy as a service We recognize that literacy is needed to handle at least some of our services and materials We recognize that limited literacy is a significant barrier to successful participation in services Staff encourage clients with limited literacy to enroll in literacy classes or tutoring We have a formal interagency referral system with literacy programs to educate clients with limited literacy We include literacy instruction in at least one service component We offer fully implemented comprehensive family literacy as a service
