Used oil sources

Question

My company is considering changing its boiler fuel from natural gas to used oil. We are trying to find sources for used oil in Missouri. Can you help?

AnswerMissouri Department of Natural Resources provided me with this PDF of places that accept used oil in Missouri. You may wish to contact the ones closest to you and see if they are willing and/or able to provide the quantity of used oil needed for the company's boiler. The larger oil drop-off sites usually have contracts with waste oil haulers, but they may be willing to change delivery sites if their liability insurance permits it.
