Writing class for homeschooled

I homeschool my daughter. She will be graduating from high school next year. I need to get her into a beginners writing class. What can MU Extension offer her?

MU Extension's Center for Distance and Independent Study operates MU High School, one of the nation's leading distance education schools. MU High has quite a few language arts courses. These are courses in which your daughter can enroll any day of the year and take up to nine months to complete, working at her own pace.

If your daughter is college-bound, she also may qualify for our dual-enrollment courses, which would allow her to earn high school and university credit simultaneously -- and at half off regular Mizzou tuition.

Does MU Extension offer a high school general equivalency diploma program?

Because so many local school districts offer GED programs, MU instead provides a full high school diploma through online education for those who need or want more than a GED.You also can take individual courses even if you're not interested in pursuing a diploma.

Radiography bachelor's completion program

I am registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as a computerized tomography and radiology technologist. I earned my certification from the United States Air Force and took college courses while on active duty. I would like to wrap up my bachelor's degree. Does MU still offer the radiography degree completion program?

Mizzou's online radiography bachelor's completion program is still in place and you sound like an ideal candidate for it.
