Learn about more than 100 years of uninterrupted agricultural research at Sanborn Field. Started in 1888, Sanborn field's continuous research plots have yielded many discoveries, including aureomycin, for which the Smithsonian collected a soil sample. Also included in this booklet are several photos, some in full color, as well as a chart outlining the plot plan for the next 100 years.
