Aquaculture is the production of aquatic plants or animals in some type of controlled environment for all or part of their life cycle. The Missouri aquaculture directory is a listing of aquaculture and fish farming operations, including finfish and crustaceans, as well as processors, fee fishing operations, aquaculture supply businesses, services and other aquaculture related operations.
