Awards Committee Report

Many excellent award applications were received by the Missouri Alpha Tau Chapter Awards Committee.  After reviewing each of the applications, the committee selected recipients for the following 2006 Missouri Alpha Tau Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Phi Awards:

State Distinguished Service
State Mid-Career
State Early Career
State Award of Visionary Leadership
State Team Award
State Award of Retiree Service
State Award of Meritorious Support Service
Outstanding Regional Extension Faculty
State Friend of Extension

Each of the above awards will be presented to the respective recipients during the Epsilon Sigma Phi meeting on Tuesday, October 6, 2006, with the exception of the State Friend of Extension.  This particular award will be presented during the University of Missouri Extension Annual Conference scheduled for May of 2007.

Winning award applications eligible for regional and national award consideration will be forwarded to the Epsilon Sigma Phi National Office prior to the March 1, 2007 deadline.

Members of the 2006 Awards Committee are:  Pat Snodgrass, Beverly Maltsberger, Tom Keohan, Joe Koenen, and Marsha Alexander.
