Course Components Do Not Work

Even the best designed Web-based courses may experience technical difficulties. If you experience any problems with the course, please accept our apologies for your inconvenience. If it is a hyperlink that fails to work, it's possible that the Web site you are trying to reach is temporarily unavailable.  This happens occasionally and the only solution is to wait for a period of time and re-try the link.  If this fails to solve the problem, see the paragraph below.
NOTE: You MUST install v.8, or later, of the Flash Player for the Assessments to function properly. Go to, http://www.macromedia.com/

For other problems, or if the course stops running, you should exit from the course, restart your computer, reestablish your Internet connection, and reopen the course.
