1. Choose a class. If you cancel with 24 hour advance notice, you will receive credit to attend class within six months. If you do not give 24 hour advance notice, you will need to pay another registration fee.

2. Complete the registration form before the registration deadline.

3. Make non-refundable payment of cash or money order to University of Missouri
   Extension Council and note Get Checking
   on it.

4. Mail or drop off registration form and

5. Order your report from ChexSystems at 1.800.428.9623. Allow two weeks to receive your report. You must provide a copy of your ChexSystems Report prior to getting your certificate.
