 Fitting Clinic, Show Clinic's etc

   March 22, 2014, Swine & Bucket Calf Show Clinic, Mildred Litton 4-H/FFA Community Building, Chillicothe, MO 9 am to 12 noon.  $5 pre-registration due by March 19 ($8 after 3/19 and at the door)  Registration form.

   March 22, 2014, 2014 Showstock Clinic, North Missouri Livestock Auction-Milan, 9 am to 1 pm.  Speakers will cover, Meat Goats, Market Lambs, Market Swine, Beef & Bucket Calves.  Topics will include: Selection, Showmanship, Nutrition, Housing, handling, health concerns and show ring ethics.  We will have live animals there for practice!  Early Registration $10/person postmarked by March 14th.  Late Registration: $12 person (including day of event)  Lunch to be provided!  Make Checks payable to Sullivan County Extension.  Registration form.

  April 5, & 6, 2014, Stock Show U, Free Cattle Clinic, Missouri State Fairgrounds, Sedalia, MO.  Sponsored by The Missouri State Fair Foundation. All ages and skill levels are welcome from beginner to Advanced.  Participants will be place in groups of 8 to 12 students to one professor based on their level of experience.  Students will lear hands-on skills in show day fitting, daily hair care, showmanship and clipping.  Bring your calf and show supplies/equipment and learn from the best in the business.            For more information and to register,call 660-530-5620 or vist: http://www.sullivansuply.com/sssu_clinic_schedule.html   Schedule.

   May 2, 3 & 4, 2014, McCullough Fitting Clinic, Northwest Missouri Fair Grounds, Bethany, MO, hosted by Andrea Milligan & Teela Sadowsky.  Cost: 1 kid/1calf/1 chute-$130; 2 kids/2calves/2chutes $230.  Fee includes the cost of one on one instructions through the weekdend, one clinic tee-shirt and lunch on Saturday & Sunday for 2 people.  Extra meals may be purchased for $5 per person.  Each person is responsible for bringing their own show supplies, chute and beding and clean-up of stalls.  There are 20 spots for this clinic.  Please get your registration form and money in by Feb 25, 2014 as this will reserve your spot.  Money has to be paid in full.  For more information contact Andrea Milligan, 660-425-5642 or email millign72@hotmail.com or Teela Sadowsky, 660-868-0433.  Registration Form.
