2008 Fair & Livestock Show Dates
Missouri Show-Me Quality Assurance Training for Missouri By June 1, 2008, all 4-H Members enrolled in food animal projects including beef, sheep, swine, dairy cattle, meat & dairy goats, rabbits, poultry must complete the appropriate level of MSQA certification to be considered a 4-H member in good standing in that project. Other county good standing guidelines may also apply. Check with your local 4-H youth specialist, Ag instructor, or Livestock Specialist for current local guidelines. Food animals project members showing at the Missouri State Fair in 2008 should be prepared to present their MSQA card at check in. Show-Me Quality Assurance Training in Northwest Missouri March 10, 2008-Cameron High School FFA Building,1022 South Chestnut, Cameron-7:00 pm March 25, 2008-Pattonsburg High School Ag. Building, Pattonsburg, MO 7:00 pm June 14, 2008-South Harrison High School Commons, Bethany, MO 9:00 am The training will begin at times listed and be led by NW Region Livestock Specialists, Shawn Deering, Amie Schleicher, or Jim Humphreys. 4-H Specialist Becky Simpson will be the facilitator for each event in Daviess and Harrison Counties. Debbie Davis will be the facilitator for the event in Clinton or Caldwell Counties.
