The 69th Putnam County Fair, City Park, Unionville, MO. Check the different species to see if their show's are open to all counties, closed or to specific counties. Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008, Dairy & Meat Goat Show, 3:00 pm. Dairy & Meat Goat Show classes are open to 4-H & FFA member in Putnam County & surrounding Counties in Missouri, Adair, Mercer, Schuyler & Sullivan. Arrival Time, 8:00 am on Tuesday, Sept 2nd, Entry Fee $5.00 per exhibitor 4-H & FFA Show. Release Time after show. (Reciprocity Counties are Grundy, Harrison, Daviess, Scotland and Knox at least. The Beef, Swine & Sheep Shows are open to reciprocity counties.) Vernon County Youth Fair sanctioned American Boer Goat Assn/Missouri Jr. Boar Goat Assn. Show, Centennial Fairgrounds, at the junction of Hwy 54 & Hwy 71, Nevada, MO. Show starts at 9:00 am. Entry fee is $10.00 per class and the open wether show entry fee is $5.00 per class. If they show in the ABGA sanctioned show they need to pre-register by September 5, 2008. After that they will pay a late fee. They will be following the standard ABGA rules & classes. For more information contact Marla Kay or Kenny Snead 417-667-5623 (evenings).
