Present:  Jeannie Anguaoui, Ken Edwards, Jackie Hickam, Dudley Kaiser, Ronn Phillips, Karla Terry, Mickey Reichel, Paul Davis, Tom White, Phil Blom and Todd Lorenz.

Todd opened the meeting to present an update of the donor list.  Discussions continued with developing additional partners and donors.  Jeanie gave an update on web access on the site.  More details were being worked out and an update at the next meeting would be forthcoming.  Todd and Jeannie had worked much of the day developing the public invite brochure and a Committee Preparation Worksheet.  Todd and Jeannie presented their best guess of ideas for what each committee might need to consider at this time.  A series of subcommittees were broken out as follows:  Food Coordination -- Mike, Jackie and Dudley; Building Preparation -- Ronn, Mickey, Paul and Karla; Marketing -- Todd, Jeannie and Ken.

Next meeting will be at the 911 Center on November 13, at 6:30 p.m.

Meeting adjourned 8:25 p.m.
