Present: Jeannie Anguaoui, Dudley Kaiser, Ronn Phillips, Karla Terry, Mickey Reichel, Paul Davis, Tom White, Phil Blom, Todd Lorenz.

Ronn Phillips opened the meeting at 6:15 with a power point presentation complete with bubble chart on the results of Activities Relationships. This process is to provide everyone’s “best guess” of how the building might operate and to sort out more details. It is useful to the architects in figuring out where we stand today. Their first meeting with the committee will be at 1:00 on December 3.

The committee then discussed the itinerary schedules for the committee, public, and the architects. Ronn stated that the “Deliverables” from the charrette would be made in January.

Next meeting will be at the 911 center on November 6, at 6:00 p.m.

Meeting adjourned 7:45 p.m.
