Cole County Extension Council Fall Festival

Annual Cole County Extension Council Fall Festival

This large, one day only event is held every year, the Saturday following Labor Day, from 8 am to 4 pm. 

At the Jefferson City Jaycees Fairgrounds; 1445 Fairgrounds Rd; Jefferson City, MO 65109

(Hwy. 50 W to S. Country Club Dr., S. Country Club to Fairgrounds)

Nearly 175 Exhibitors throughout Missouri and the Midwest will be selling their products.

Food is available all day to the approximate 3,000 shoppers that come to this show.  All food is served by:  Cole County 4-H and the Jefferson City Jaycees.  $2.00 Admission adults  - 12 and under free

All proceeds go to the Cole County Extension Council Building Fund

Many vendors pre-register for this show.
 
 


Booth Fees are:

Main Building 8' x 6' - $45; Beer Garden (approx) 8' x 10' - $45; 
Pole Barn (approx) 8' x 10' -
$35; Outside 10' x 10' - $35

Electricity is available inside all buildings, but it is limited and must be shared.  Tents, tables and chairs are not provided.  All vendors are responsible for their own set-up and take-downs.

Only small or home based businesses are allowed.  We do not accept food, flea market or large commercial vendors.

Interested vendors should email Jane Kempker at kempkerj@missouri.edu for more information or for an application.  Spaces are filled on a first come/first served basis.   The council does not guarantee that there will be only one vendor per franchise.  Spacing is limited.  Click here for Frequently Asked Questions.
