Business Performance: Measure, Manage, and Succeed
Course Description: This course provides an overview of the benefits of using a balanced set of measures to evaluate your organization’s performance. With this foundation the course then focuses on a nine-step process that any individual or team can use to develop a balanced scorecard for their organization followed by how to use a scorecard as a management tool after it has been developed.
What is a balanced scorecard? The balanced scorecard is a measurement and management system that channels the energies, abilities and specific knowledge of people in your company toward achieving business goals. The scorecard measures performance in critical areas that are key to your success.
Learning Objectives:
Understand the importance of developing a measurement system to evaluate their
business.
Be able to develop a balance scorecard by using the nine-step process explained
in the seminar.
Use the scorecard to manage their business and improve their business
performance.
