Welcome - Jim Crocker, Chair

Election of officer was lead by Jim Crocker, Chair. Jim asked for nominations from the floor. Hearing none he presented a slate of officers who had agreed to serve:

Larry Lackey – Chair
Sherri Kemp - Vice-Chair
Dana Bender - Secretary
Howard Simmons - MECCLC. Rep.
 
Motion was made by Wayne McRenolds  to accept the nominations. 2^nd by Bob Killius,  passed. 

The reminder of the evening was spent on council training. Regional council members and CPD's are encouraged to use the resources to provide council training in their counties. Training on two modules followed. The training packet contained web resources, leader packet, council member packet and PowerPoint presentation handout.  See County Council Training Mannual
