This site contains a wide variety of topics of interest to consumers, such as cars, children, food, money, health, education, small business, etc.  A sub-site of this site--the Consumer Information Handbook--is of special note.  This online handbook contains consumer tips and advice, as well as a resource directory of contacts.

This site is primarily an online directory service, but it does contain some information on privacy issues and links to privacy resources on the web.  This is an AT&T site.
National Consumers League

The National Consumers League is devoted to promoting the interests of consumers.  The web site covers consumer fraud issues as well as child labor issues.  Some educational brochures and news releases are available and some information is available in Spanish.
