Barriers to Listening

Face it – we’re busy these days. We have so much going on that it is hard to stop and listen to what our friends, co-workers and family are really saying when we do manage to talk to each other.

Here are some ideas to think about and suggestions to overcome barriers to good listening.

Instead of tuning out those voices in our lives we should be paying attention to, overcome the barriers to good listening.
