Too busy? Shift gears
Too busy to enjoy life? These days who among us doesnt suffer from timesickness, that nerve-racking feeling that life has become more than an endless to-do list? The conventional solution to timesickness is time management. Even with all the calendars, software, and books about time management, we still seem to be caught in the time trap.
Would you like to reduce stress, enjoy yourself more and stop feeling like life is passing you by? Forget being more efficient. Find time for what matters. This shift in attitude will get you a whole lot more. Are you constantly trying to keep everyone on your track? Shift gears. Doing one thing instead of another might not be a bad idea. Is your life nothing but mind-numbing chores? Your life is those in-between moments. Learn to enjoy them by listening to music, noticing the architecture around you, or tuning in to what nature is up to.
