Landlord-Tenant Law,  Part 1

The up-to-date booklet, Missouri’s Landlord-Tenant Law, clearly defines the rights and responsibilities of both the landlord and the tenant, such as when a landlord can end a lease, and how a tenant can avoid eviction. By being better informed, landlords and their tenants can avoid some of the disputes that commonly occur in the renting process.
