Visioning

Before being named head basketball coach and president of the Boston Celtics, Rick Pitino spent 8 years as head coach of the KY Wildcats, winner of the 96 NCAA championship. Rick says, "getting what you want in life takes hard work, discipline and a lot of help. Success can depend on frame of mind and willingness to change for the better." Rick advises to set big goals, and see yourself achieving them. To succeed at anything, you must envision a brighter future for yourself. Whether it’s loosing weight or getting a promotion, you must be able to envision yourself getting what you want. Only then can you break your big goals into dozens of small ones that can be accomplished in short periods of time. Your vision will help remind you why you’re putting such hard work or enduring such self-denial.
