Be Time Smart
Look back - can you honestly say you accomplished everything you'd planned for the holidays? This is the perfect time to slow down and take a look at how you use your time. To work smarter, not harder, try the SMART approach:
S stands for Stay Focused on what really counts.
M means Make It Positive. A positive attitude can create more energy, especially when you share it with others.
A stands for Attention to Details. Little things can change the ordinary into the extraordinary.
R is to remind you to Reward Yourself when you complete a job.
and T is to Think Team. Your greatest achievements will involve input and support of others.
In order to stay focused, find more time to do the things you want, and to reduce stress, use the SMART approach.
