HIGH SELF ESTEEM
High self-esteem is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Self-esteem us a deep down feeling of inner worth, and that you have something positive to offer to yourself and to others. Take these steps toward developing a high self-esteem:
- Accept who you are and take pride in your individuality.
- Give yourself credit for all you do.
- Develop your personal talents and become more assertive.
- Don't be afraid to take risks, develop decision-making skills.
- Turn setbacks into victories- think of challenges as opportunities for growth.
- Join groups that promote positive self-esteem
- Seek fulfilling relationships.
- Concentrate on being your own best friend - encourage and praise yourself; trust your own judgement, acquire skills needed to reach goals.
