4-H Senior Council Meetings Monday, October 26, 2009 at 7:00 pm Monday, January 25, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Monday, March 22, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 26, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Monday, June 28, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 26, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Senior Council Meetings are held at the Callaway County Extension Office. There needs to be one adult and one youth from each club to attend and represent your club.
Tuesday, September 15, 2009 7:00 p.m. at the Callaway County Fair Grounds Office
Thursday September 24th 6:30 pm at the Callaway County Extension Office Meeting Room Receive forms, helpful information, and talk with other project leaders to see what works for them.
Tuesday, September 28, 2009 7:00 pm at the Extension Office Meeting Room Meet some of the Shooting Sports Leaders and ask questions. We will be filling out the necessary paperwork and youth needs to bring their heritage card with them (if they have one). Packets will be ready with info and practice schedule for those enrolling.
Sunday, October 11, 2009 Picnic starts at 1 pm with recognition to follow. The event will be held at the Morgan Soccer Complex Pavilion just down the road from the Extension Office on County Road 304 (but before you get to the Fulton Airport.
Callaway County Teen Group
Next scheduled meeting will be October 7, 2009 at 6:30 pm.
Business Meetings will be the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm.
