Description:
So you're an officer, now what? This program will provide youth with the tools to be effective leaders in 4-H Officer roles. The topics will include: Specific roles for each officer, Motivating your peers, General leadership, and Parliamentary Procedure.
Youth who are not officers, but may want to be an officer some day are welcome to attend. Parents may also attend sessions with youth.
Session topic:
Youth will learn to be effective leaders and officers. Topics are: Specific roles for each officer, Motivating your peers, General leadership, and Parliamentary Procedure.
Parents and non-officer youth are encouraged to attend.
