Description:
A strength training program for middle-aged and older adults. The programs goal is to improve health and quality of life. Exercise sessions to improve strength and balance include warm-up exercises, strengthening exercises and cool-down stretches. An orientation and pre-assessment precede ten weeks of exercise sessions, and the program concludes with a post-assessment.

The Discounted Fee is $10 per St. Louis County Board of Elections employee. (The Wellness Council will supplement 50%.) Normal fee is $20 per person. If paying by Check make it payable to “University Extension Council”
