Description:
Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is 20 classes over 10 weeks strength training program for adults 60 years and older. The program’s goal is to improve health and quality of life. The program incorporates warm-up exercises, strengthening exercises, and cool down stretches. Over the ten weeks participants learn exercises to improve strength and balance. The class meets twice weekly and all equipment is provided.
