Taking Care of All of YOU offers practical, effective strategies and experiences to help you better deal with the challenges in your life. Managing life’s demands in a healthy way allows you to take better care of yourself and to improve your overall health. Taking Care of All of YOU is an eight-session program that meets once a week for one hour. Each week you will explore topics through small group discussion, self-refection and activities.

Session topic:

7 of 8 sessions. Each session explores different strategies to manage stress & take better care of all aspects of your health: body, mind, and spirit. Learn to respond vs. react to life challenges; simplify your life, live in the moment, & find more joy.
