Description:
A strength training program for middle-aged and older adults. The programs goal is to improve health and quality of life. Exercise sessions to improve strength and balance include warm-up exercises, strengthening exercises and cool-down stretches. There are ten weeks of exercise sessions plus an orientation and pre-assessment session. The program concludes with a post-assessment during the last session. more...
