This is a free conference for Grandparents and other relatives raising children other than their own on Tuesday, November 10, 2009, and will be held at the Pemiscot County Special School District, Hayti, MO. Information and speakers will address Educational Resources available to families, Legal issues, Behavioral issues of school age children and teens, and Financial assistance and health care. Exhibits will be open for participants to visit. Lunch is provided. Registration is required. Child care will be provided.

To register for the conference, contact the Southeast Missouri Area Agency on Aging at 1-800-392-8771, attention Gail. Deadline for registration is November 3, 2009. There is no charge for the conference.
