Builds on the fitness base acquired through the basic Stay Stong, Stay Health program by adding new, more conplex upper and lower body strength-training exercise, core exercises, balance movements and stretches. There are ten weeks of exercise sessions plus an orientation and pre-assessment session. The program concludes with a post-assessment during the last session.
