Staying Safe in Severe Weather

Description:

Thursday May 22nd, the University of Missouri Extension will be hosting a free program on How to Stay Safe in Severe Weather. Topics addressed include planning and preparing for severe weather, weather radio tuning, and step-by-step assembly of an emergency kit. A packet of local emergency contact information will be given out as well. Please bring your home weather radios for tuning. Registration is preferred by calling 573-783-3303.
The program will be held at the Madison County Extension Center at 137 West Main Street in Fredericktown and will begin at 6:30pm. Classes are free of charge.
