Each year the U.S. Small Business Administration takes the opportunity to highlight the impact of outstanding entrepreneurs and small business owners through National Small Business Week. This year, University of Missouri Extension, Taney County SBTDC and the Taney County Partnership will host two events to celebrate Small Business Week in the Branson area engaging the small business community and helping local entrepreneurs start and manage their businesses successfully. Starting a Business: The First Step is designed specifically for those who are thinking about a new business venture. Successful entrepreneur, Stephanie Barney of Lightspeed Electrical Services, will be on hand to share her experiences overcoming challenges small businesses face. Come hear how she creates a SPARK for business success!
