A ten week strength training program designed for middle-aged and older adults. Participation in regular strengthening exercises will help you to build muscle and increase bone density, thereby helping to prevent frailty and osteoporosis. Strength training can benefit you in many ways, arthritis relief, improve balance, enhance flexibility, strengthen bones, weight control, lifts depression, stress reduction, reduce risks for heart disease, and maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
Introduction, Pre-program evaluations and assessment tests will be done in addition to exercises. This first class will be an additional 45 minutes
