Food Preservation Workshops (Johnson) (Session 2 of 2)

Description:

Participants will learn via hands-on activities how to pressure can green beans, water bath can pickles, jams/jellies and salsas, as well as how to dehydrate produce and make jerky.

Session topic:

water bath canning of pickling and making jams/jellies. also focus on dehydration of produce and how to make jerky

This 2 session series is limited to the members of the 7th Day Adventist Church in Kingsville.
