Food Preservation Workshps (Henry) (Session 5 of 5)
Wednesday, July 24, 2013, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
This five session series will focus on learning the basics of pressure and water bath canning through hands-on preserving of green beans, salsa, pickles and jellies. The fifth session focuses on dehydration and making jerky.
