This series of classes on home food preservation will teach the latest and safest ways to can, freeze and dry foods. Sign up for just one session, two, three, four or all five: June 12-Freezing & Drying, June 19-Jam & Jellies, June 26-Pressure Canning, July 10-Pickles & Relishes, July 17-Canning Salsa & Fruit.

Take the fear out of using a pressure canner by attending this session. You will learn how to safely use a pressure canner to can vegetables, soups and meats.
