This series of classes on home food preservation will teach the latest and safest ways to can, freeze and dry foods. Sign up for just one session, two, three, four or all five: June 12-Freezing & Drying, June 19-Jam & Jellies, June 26-Pressure Canning, July 10-Pickles & Relishes, July 17-Canning Salsa & Fruit.

Jams, jellies and other sweet spreads will be the topic of this session. You will learn how to make these products using water bath canning and freezing methods.
