Description:
This is a series of six workshops designed for first time homeowners. The workshops include: Buying a Home, Home Ownership, Home Maintenance, Make Your Money Count!, Protecting Your Family and Family Communications. These workshops will meet sweat equity requirements for Joplin Area Fuller Center for Housing, Habitat for Humanity and similar program participants.
Session topic:
Make Your Money Count! -- An important part of home ownership is making the house payments, in addition to taking care of other living expenses. This workshop will share strategies to help you to be able to do both!
